That you needed to sit in a two day long birth class or click through copious amounts of online videos, learning positions, pressure points, how your hormones work and how your body creates breast milk (something you really need to know otherwise your body won’t be able to do it right?!)

Birth doesn’t require you to be in your thinking side of the brain, hell it doesn’t even want you to be in your head at all!
